Ian Kipperman, CPA
Senior Manager, A&A
Ian has over a decade experience working with non-public clients in varying industries, with a concentration on family-owned businesses. He spent five years as an auditor but specializes in financial statement reviews and compilations. Although he doesn’t work in taxes, he has a deep understanding of the US tax code which allows him to think about the big picture when working with clients. Ian has also developed a niche for helping businesses through sales and acquisitions, as well as business succession planning with owners.
For Ian, the most exciting part of public accounting is creating and maintaining relationships with clients. Supporting clients with their current needs and future goals is his primary focus.
Ian joined GFC in 2015 after spending a couple of years working for Mason & Rich in Concord, NH. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
Ian is a member of the AICPA and the New Hampshire Society of CPAs. He is a trustee of the Enfield Shaker Museum, a corporator for Claremont Savings Bank, and a member of Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital’s finance committee.
Ian resides in Lebanon, New Hampshire with his wonderful cat, Darla.
