Tax Senior Manager

Frank provides general tax services to a diversified client base, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, with a focus on private equity structures. Frank works with clients in various industries including manufacturing, technology and service.

Frank came to the firm in 2017 from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was a member of the core tax and asset wealth management tax groups for four years. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Frank graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with degrees in Business Finance and Management. Frank is also a graduate of the College of Charleston with a Master’s in Taxation.

Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants (VTCPA).
