Senior Manager, Client Accounting Services

Elizabeth manages assurance engagements for a variety of non-public companies and not-for-profit organizations, with a concentration on not-for-profit organizations. Her not-for-profit experience includes audits of independent schools, colleges, and universities, as well as of human service, humanitarian, cultural, and religious organizations, and private foundations. In the course of this work, Elizabeth has planned, conducted, and supervised numerous single audits under Federal Uniform Guidance.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Elizabeth spent eight years in Accounting & Auditing with CBIZ MHM in Boston, Massachusetts, where she became a Principal in the Not-For-Profit and Education practice. Subsequently, she spent five years as Chief Financial Officer of a Massachusetts human services agency. As CFO, she oversaw all aspects of the fiscal function, including preparation for annual financial and Uniform Guidance, employee benefit plan, and regulatory agency audits. Elizabeth holds a Certificate in Accounting from Salem State University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Simmons University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College, all in Massachusetts.

Elizabeth is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Vermont Society of CPAs. She recently completed a term on the board of directors and as treasurer of Backyard Growers, a community organization promoting vegetable gardening in Gloucester, Massachusetts, and is a past treasurer and capital campaign co-chair of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Gloucester.
