With more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, Dan is an accomplished Human Resources leader with proven, award-winning experience. Prior to joining GFC, Dan served in key executive roles including two successive Vice President of Human Resources positions for Boston-based companies. Most recently, Dan was the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Amazon’s Prime, Lifecycle Engagement, and Mass Advertising teams. In this capacity, Dan was responsible for the development and implementation of all group HR strategies affecting more than 1,500 colleagues.

A seasoned HR leader, Dan delivers proven HR solutions tailored to the needs of his clients. He is especially passionate in the areas of people, culture, engagement, and creating unique people practices for a variety of businesses.

Anna has more than 15 years of experience in Accounting and Human Resources, specializing in Business Operations and Human Resources Best Practices. A proven leader in Human Resources, she served as Director of Human Resources with the University of Vermont Health Network, Home Health and Hospice organization. Prior to that she held executive HR positions at a healthcare software organization and was an HR advisor to various private equity groups.

Anna has led HR departments for all sized organizations and has specialized experience in the areas of organizational development, organizational design, HR Business Partner operations and Executive Coaching. She has demonstrated the ability to influence all levels of an organization, while ensuring Human Resources contributes as a strategic partner to the businesses she serves.

A Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP), Valerie has more than 10 years of broad HR experience supporting leadership in pursuit of their business objectives in both the public and private sectors. Her passion is providing HR solutions for her clients by helping them build HR infrastructure through technology, compliance, executive recruiting and compensation services. She has demonstrated success in creating and analyzing surveys, coaching people managers, resolving employee and labor relations issues, organizational change management and providing strategic guidance.

A dedicated and dynamic professional, Valerie’s commitment to excellent customer service makes her an ideal HR strategic advisor. Her approach to building lasting relationships includes setting down a foundation of trust and ensuring that the unique needs of her clients are understood and translated into executable tasks.

Mike has more than 20 years of human resources (HR) experience and specializes in strategic HR business advisory services, manager and leadership training, leadership coaching, employee engagement and retention strategies, and strategic planning. Renowned as an innovative advisor, he offers a unique blend of HR and business expertise that provides fresh insight into organizational challenges and opportunities for companies of all sizes in various industries. Mike is adept at translating a client’s strategic vision into initiatives that improve performance, collaboration, and engagement.

Prior to joining GFC in 2022, he held various progressive HR leadership roles including serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development for Premier Members Credit Union and as a Partner and Senior HR Consultant for Fluence.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in Exercise Physiology degrees from the University of Louisville.  He holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

An accomplished Executive Recruiter, Shane has more than 20 years of Recruitment, Sourcing, Sales and Account Management expertise. Shane has the ability to assess individual talent with organizational client needs in mind and has a keen eye for aligning technical competencies, culture, and mission engagement creating a win for both candidates and clients.

Prior to coming to Gallagher, Flynn and Company, LLP, he served as Director of Recruiting for PeopleSERVE Inc. in a remote capacity. During this time, he honed his expertise in permanent placement, retained search, executive search, contract placement, RPO and various sourcing techniques.

His perseverance and appreciation of each individual client’s needs have enabled him to assist in the sourcing and completion of some difficult searches. His skill lies in separating excellence from mediocrity and delivering only the most prolific impact candidates to clients. Shane serves as a strategic partner by evaluating intangible assets that make both parties unique.

Michelle is a dedicated entrepreneurial Executive and Professional Recruiter skilled in human resources, talent acquisition and sales and marketing. With more than 20 years of experience, she has a strong knowledge of business development, start-up staffing and executive search practices. Michelle is a powerful resource in the staffing and recruitment industry in the New England region, most recently serving as Engagement and Operations Manager with The Source and Recruit Company, Owner and Operator of Vermont Custom Works, and District Manager with Kelly Services.
