Jamie Brandon
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer of the firm, Jamie is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations and strategic growth plans of Gallagher Flynn. With over 20 years of experience, Jamie is a multi-faceted, entrepreneurial executive with broad category experiences spanning consumer, government/defense, healthcare and financial markets with a proven track record of developing, growing and sustaining businesses.
Jamie earned his Bachelor of Science from University of New Hampshire and resides in Shelburne, VT with his wife, Michelle and two daughters, Charley and Collins.
Chetan Darji has been in public accounting since 2007. He has vast experience in A&A and Tax, having served clients in the real estate, advertising, manufacturing, e-commerce, healthcare, and IT sectors, ranging from $10M to $500M revenue. He has been recognized on various occasions for his leadership, in both the US and India.
Chetan joined GFC in 2022 from a firm in India where he was heading the company’s US operations. Prior to 2022, he held leadership roles at multiple public accounting firms, and worked as Finance Director at a New York-based privately held company.
Chetan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing from Gujarat University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), equivalent to Certified Public Accountancy in the US, and he holds the professional degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
He currently resides in Ahmedabad, India, with his wife, Anita, and their two children, Jency and Kaveer. He loves playing chess and cricket. He sings, but occasionally!
Christina has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience providing a wide range of HR initiatives. As the Director of HR at GFC, she partners with leaders to implement the firm’s strategic plans and is responsible for internal recruiting, career development and succession planning, employee relations and total compensation management. Christina is passionate about forming authentic relationships, seeking solutions for business initiatives, and fostering an environment where employees feel valued for their contributions and can grow in their careers.
Prior to joining GFC in 2020, she served as an HR Manager at a mission-driven, start-up company where she successfully led the team through talent acquisition, employee engagement, and provided strategic guidance to the co-founders. Christina also spent seven years at Seventh Generation implementing strategic initiatives in talent management/acquisition, benefits, employee engagement and organizational development. During her time at Seventh Generation, she led employees through the Unilever acquisition, successfully merging employees into systems, processes and strategy through organizational change.
Christina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources Management concentration from the University of Vermont. She grew up in the greater Burlington area and resides in Colchester with her husband and daughter.
Liz Prue joined GFC in 2021 after spending eight years in non-profit agencies and eight years working in a variety of corporate finance roles. She has deep experience in all areas of operational accounting and prides herself in discovering new ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
She has an associate’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies with a focus in Accounting and Business Management from Champlain College.
Outside of GFC, Liz spends time with her husband and their two sons. She enjoys reading, painting, and being outdoors.
