GFC Honored as one of the 2022 Best Firms to Work For by Accounting Today

Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP (GFC) has been named one of the Best Firms to Work For by Accounting Today for the third consecutive year. GFC ranked 21st in the midsized category. Firms from across the  United States entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Accounting Firms to Work For – an independent research-driven program from Best Companies Group which ranks companies based on established research methodology. This annual survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the accounting profession.

The survey consists of two parts. The first part, worth approximately 25 % of the total score, evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part, worth approximately 75%, is an employee survey which measured employee experience and satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top firms and the final ranking.
