GFC Honored With 13th Straight “Best Places to Work” Award

VermontBiz and the Vermont Chamber of Commerce have named Gallagher, Flynn & Company as one of Vermont’s Best Places To Work for the 13th consecutive year. 

The statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Vermont, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce, and businesses. The 2024 Best Places to Work in Vermont list is made up of 65 companies.

“We’re honored to consistently win this award because it’s a reflection of the commitment to excellence our entire team has,” said Jason Hamilton, Managing Partner of GFC. “This speaks to the quality of our people and the dedication they have to their work.”

The awards program was created in 2006 and is presented in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management, Vermont State Council, (VTSHRM) and the Vermont Department of Commerce and Community Development and Workforce Research Group.

Last year, the Lake Champlain Chamber named Gallagher, Flynn and Company (GFC) the 2023 Business of the Year, recognizing GFC’s outstanding record of growth in its employment, production, and operations along with its substantial history of success.
