The 2022-2023 Gallagher Flynn Salary Survey is now open for participation. The survey collects data for over 200 unique positions. This year, we have waived our subscription fees and will offer the survey results for FREE to any business that participates by September 23rd.
The Gallagher Flynn Salary Survey is the only comprehensive, private annual salary survey focused on Vermont and New Hampshire organizations. Many larger, survey subscription databases simply do not provide the inputs you need – particularly for smaller, locally owned companies in our region. For more than 16 years, our salary survey has been an essential resource for local employers, helping them make informed compensation decisions to attract and retain the talent they need to thrive. Participation is an easy, two-step process:
- Register for an account on the Gallagher Flynn Salary Survey website. For returning users – please log in with your existing credentials.
- Enter your data by September 23, 2022, or contact us and we will enter it for you.
All participants who enter data by the deadline will have access to the survey results when they are available on or after October 10th.
