Accounting Today Honors GFC Again as a Best Firm to Work For

Gallagher, Flynn & Company has been named one of 2023’s Best Firms to Work For by Accounting Today. This is the fourth consecutive year that GFC has earned this award which recognizes top firms across the country that set the standard for being an employer of choice in the accounting profession.

GFC’s 2023 final ranking in the mid-sized firm category will be announced in September. The Accounting Today award continues a year of accolades for GFC as the firm was named the 2023 “Business of The Year” by the Lake Champlain Chamber in the spring.

Accounting firms across the United States annually enter Accounting Today’s two-part survey process to determine the Best Accounting Firms to Work For. Designed to identify, recognize and honor the best accounting employers, the two-part survey carefully evaluates each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. It also measures and weighs employee experience and satisfaction. The awards program is conducted in partnership with Best Companies Group.
